COVID-19

Our top priority is to bring an unparalleled safe experience and service to our guests. While Simplicity Hair Studio has always met stringent sanitation requirements, you can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often; including doorknobs, phones, handrails and bathrooms throughout the facility, as well as, the tools we use to perform services. We are considering every step of your service to ensure we meet your needs in a focused and safe manner which are in accordance with state mandated guidelines.

We will confirm your appointment within 24 to 48 hours prior to your services. Please be aware if you have any COVID symptoms and/or if you have recently been exposed to someone that has COVID symptoms, or has been diagnosed with COVID. We will have to cancel your appointment and charge a cancellation fee, if you don’t meet the Massachusetts regulations for COVID -19, which includes your temperature being above 100.4 degrees, or if we witness symptoms of COVID-19 or other communicable sickness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. We are happy to reschedule your appointment for you, if you kindly give us 24+ hours notice because your health, our staff’s health, and the entire community’s health is the most important thing to us!
