Late Arrivals
If you know that you are going to be late, we kindly ask that you call ahead so that we can try to accommodate you at our best.
Cancellations
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
Refunds/Redos
Simplicity Hair Studio does not issue refunds on services. If you are not pleased with your service outcome please contact salon within a week so adjustments can be made. Product refunds within 10 days.
Payment For Services and Products
MasterCard, Visa, and Cash and checks are accepted for payments. Gratuity accepted in cash or personal check to stylist is appreciated
